Students who are late to class will be sent to the Attendance Office window for a late pass. Notice: A student who missed forty-five (45) minutes or more of a class is counted absent from that class. A student who is not present for at least half the school day will be counted as absent that day.

Procedure: - When students are late, they will be sent to the Attendance Office window where the following steps will be taken:

1st - 4th Tardy	Warnings issued.
5th Tardy	Two (2) hour Saturday School.
6th Tardy	Saturday School four (4) hours, parent notification of loss of parking on next incident.
7th Tardy	In-School Suspension one (1) day & and loss of parking privilege for two (2) weeks.
8th Tardy	Two (2) days In-School Suspension, loss of parking privilege for four (4) additional weeks.
9th Tardy	Three (3) days In-School Suspension, Parent and Rule 12 notification with behavior contract, loss of parking privilege for six (6) additional weeks.
10th or more Tardy	Discipline will be determined by the grade level administrator and may include, but not limited to, In-School Suspension, Out of School Suspension, and possible Out of School Suspension pending a county disciplinary panel.
