New Student Registration

Counselors will be available for new student registration Monday through Friday from 8am to 1pm.

ALL Paperwork must be current and complete before student can be registered, including: Proof of Residency and Immunization Record (form must be dated 2007-2008).

ANY student who has been previously enrolled in a Georgia school will be required to have a Vision, Hearing and Dental form and a current Immunization Record dated 2007-08.

To register a student you must be the student's parent or legal guardian. You must have guardianship papers or a copy of the student's birth certificate along with your drivers license, matching the name on the birth certificate. In addition, you will need all other materials listed on the enrollment checklist below.

Copies of other student information may be requested through the counseling office. Please allow 48 hours for completion.

Student Withdrawals

To withdraw a student the parent/guardian who registered the student must complete the withdrawal paperwork available in the counseling office. Completion time is 48 hours.
