Scholarship Information
As of 4/1/08, ALL STUDENTS who have GaCollege411 accounts can check their HOPE GPA online:
1) Go to www.GAcollege411.org;
2) Log on MY411 accounts;
3) Select MY411 in the top left corner;
4) Select MY Financial Aid on left menu;
5) Select HOPE GPA Calculation Report.
Continue to check this site because Georgia Student Finance Commission states that the procedure for accessing your HOPE GPA may change. Recent news about changes to the state-funded HOPE Scholarship Program may have some families unsure of the best way to prepare for college. Too often, students cross their fingers and hope they’re ready for college and are eligible for HOPE. Students need to get the facts about the HOPE changes and know whether they’re affected, but, more importantly, they need to make sure they’re making good academic choices now so that they can keep the scholarship once they get it.
