Transcripts and Counselor Recommendation Letters

There are several things you may need from the counseling office to complete your college applications. If you need transcripts there are two forms you need to complete. The Transcript Waiver Form must be completed one time and will be kept in your file. This allows us to release transcripts to you or your parents.

Once you and your parents have signed the Transcript Waiver, you need to complete the Transcript Request Form.The fee for each transcript is $2.

If any of your applications require a counselor recommendation, please complete the College Recommendation Infomation sheet. This only needs to be completed and turned in to your counselor once. When you turn this in, please also turn in a copy of your Career Cruising profile.

*You should be submitting transcript request forms in mid-October for Nov. 1st deadlines and the end of October for Nov. 15th deadlines. *Also, remember that if you have a counselor recommendation due January 1st, you need to submit it to the counseling office TWO WEEKS BEFORE we get out for Christmas break, in order for it to be completed in time.
