Mrs. Lindsey Cafarella

Lindsey Cafarella came to Peachtree Ridge in 2006. She holds Bachelor's degrees as well as a Master's degree from the University of Georgia. She is working on a Ph.D. in Social Studies Education at Georgia State University.

Mrs. Cafarella'stime outside of PRHS is spent cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, running, traveling, and playing with her pug mixes Frankie and Deano. Her husband is also a Gwinnett County social studies teacher. She has travelled to Japan, England, France, Italy, Jamaica, and Mexico, among various spots in the US. She plans to travel to Ireland, Italy, Germany, Austria, Czech, and Bosnia in 2012.

Mrs. Cafarella is Peachtree Ridge's 2012 Teacher of the Year and was one of six finalists for Gwinnett County Teacher of the Year.
