Capturing your hours in the new Volunteer Hours database is easy – but you FIRST must set up your account!  Setting up your account will require you to follow the detailed instructions in the attached document, which also includes contact information for questions.  Please don’t try to do this without following these instructions!  Hours will be entered under the years they were actually served, for example,  2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011, or 2011-2012. Hours entered for the current year and past years will be more “in bulk” than detailed by the activity.  It will not be until the 2012-2013 school year that detailed hours will be entered.  Make sure you see the attached power point for all of the details.
